Access to our Site is password protected, and a firewall protects our database from outsiders. (Users are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their passwords.). We may also ask for other types of information, including, but not limited to, RFP specifications, questions posed by sellers and answered by buyers, and the details of quotes by sellers.

Use of Information

The following are examples of how we use the information collected on our site. These examples are meant to be illustrative, not exhaustive. The nature and of use of the information we collect may change over time. When a seller registers, that information is added to the PageBid Provider Directory and made available for viewing on our site. Historical buyer information may be used to create a customized purchasing experience. We provide users of our site with information necessary to facilitate the submission of Requests and Responses between buyers and sellers. We use your email address, and, if necessary, your mailing address, phone or fax number, to contact you when necessary to clarify or confirm information you have submitted in connection with a Request or Response. If you submit a RFP, we will forward the relevant information to qualified providers with a restriction that your personal information will only be used to formulate a response to your request for a quote. We may also use information from past transactions to formulate estimates through the "Ball Park" feature.

All information collected on our site is used to facilitate purchasing transactions. This information is used to make for a better, more efficient PageBid experience. PageBid.com will not sell, rent or lend your personal account information. However, PageBid.com reserves the right to utilize this information for restricted promotions, aggregate reports, marketing efforts in conjunction with our business partners, and other purposes as deemed necessary in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
