Frequently Asked Questions for Providers

Which types of RFPs will be sent to me?

When you register, you list the services that your company offers. Based on this, and the other characteristics of your company (location, capabilities, etc.), we determine the most appropriate RFPs to send to you.

How do I get notified of these RFPs?

An email notification containing a link to the on-line RFP details will be sent to the address given during registration.

Can I contact purchasers directly?

We leave that up to the purchaser. RFPs are posted anonymously by default so the purchaser is not bombarded with duplicative questions or unsolicited calls. However, the interaction between a provider and purchaser is very important so PageBid facilitates an on-line Q&A process whereby purchasers can respond to questions immediately. If a purchaser decides to post their identity with the RFP then you are encouraged to contact them directly for Q&As.

What is my cost for using PageBid?

Most of PageBid's features, including provider directory listings, job postings, CBD opportunities, and more, are free for all users. Premier and Professional providers subscribe to PageBid on an annual basis to participate in RFPs. Details on these subscriptions are provided during online registration. Depending on the RFP, if you are the awardee, PageBid requests a small fee which is only invoiced after you are paid for your work. Any applicable fees are noted on the RFP posting.
