More Providers Needed, Spread the Word! Refer a new service provider to register with PageBid (at any subscription level) and win a FREE Spotlight advertisement. We have recently arranged with LawCommerce to assist them with their members' litigation support service purchasing and we are working on relationships with other large organizations as well. These purchasers are going to need extensive nationwide service provider coverage. They are in need of many different document technologies services, and, in particular, they will be seeking exhibit graphics/printing and trial equipment and support services. Help these purchasers and your colleagues by encouraging them to register with PageBid. We'll give away a free Spotlight ad to the company that refers the most providers before the end of October!
On-line Quotes, Better Quotes. Professional and Premier Providers now have the ability to submit quotes and proposals on-line. The form driven menus will guide you through the process and allow you to enter quotes for each portion of an RFP. You will also be able to upload company brochures and proposals, and ask questions on-line. With this change we are eliminating the lowest current quote posting during the proposal period. Instead, both the lowest and highest total quote amounts will be posted for all participating providers after the period has ended. We hope that, while providing more competitive information overall, this will keep the focus on quality of services rather than price.
